Potato is eaten everywhere in the world. In Pakistan, Potato uses to eat in different shapes like; sometimes people eat a potato in the shape of chips and sometimes they eat in the shape of samosa and so on.

Potato is a very healthy vegetable and used almost with every other vegetable. Potato also plays a peaceful role with every other vegetable. People use potatoes in meat, Cauliflower, and many other vegetables. Potato is available the whole year.

European depend on potatoes because they use potatoes as food and they eat a lot. Potato is dry and has a lot of quantity of iron, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus which is considered very important for healthy growth.

Potato also has magnesium, sodium, gandhak, chlorine, and iodine that play an important role to make your body healthy. So, a potato has vitamins A, B, C, D, E, H, P, carbohydrate 29%, and protein 8.5% in himself.

Potato has many types. Red potato, white potato, and golden potato, If you cook potato for more than once time then their vitamins are waste and if you want to take extra benefits from potato then use boiled potato. Remember, it will give you the best results.
